Req. 5.3.13.1.9: "CAL Cosmic Ray (CR) Calibration"

The FSW supports calibration of the CAL through acquisition and telemetry of events that are likely to be cosmic rays. The CR calibration events are interleaved with events likely to be gamma rays.
