Req. 5.3.13.1.9.1: "CAL CR Calibration Enable"

The FSW shall enable CR calibration upon receipt of the appropriate command. Note: It is expected that CAL CR Calibration be enabled during all normal operations.

    This test shall verify that the SIU FSW properly transitions to Diagnostic and Calibration Modes upon command, then properly executes the requested diagnostic and calibration algorithms.
