Req. 5.3.12.4.1: "Configure ACD Charge Injection Calibration Mode"

The FSW shall configure the ACD for ACD Charge Injection Calibration Mode, as defined in [TBS ACD Document] upon command.

      The GLAST system shall perform calibration observations as required during the course of the mission.
