The ISIS single board computer (SBC) shall provide a pre-burned boot code image. Primary boot code will be stored in SBC SUROM; secondary boot code and application code will be stored in SBC EEPROM.

9: Boot Cmds/Tlm

This test shall demonstrate the ability of the ISIS to process boot commands, file upload commands, and memory write/dump commands sent by the Spacecraft to the Primary Boot Code; it also shows that the ISIS can transmit boot telemetry wrapped in CCSDS packets.
