Req. 1.2.3: "Transmission of Science Data"
The Science Data shall be wrapped in CCSDS packets, as specified in the 1553 Bus Protocol Document (controlled by Spectrum Astro, Inc.). These packets will carry an APID in the specified range of science data. Because the number of APIDs is severely limited, the science data telemetry shall employ a self-describing format. This format is specified in [2].

6a: Test Cmds to Initialize Patterns on the SciDataIF
This test shall demonstrate that the Spacecraft can send up to five science data pattern initialization parameters (defined in one or more commands), and that the ISIS can process these patterns to produce the CCSDS-wrapped science data patterns required by the SC-LAT ICD. These science data packets will carry an APID in the specified range of science data.
