Req. 1.0.1.3.1: "Reporting of Attitude Command Counts"

Upon request, Attitude command counts shall be returned in diagnostic telemetry.

    4: Diagnostic Telemetry

    This test shall show that the ISIS generates and collects a representative subset of diagnostic telemetry, and reports this telemetry over the 1553 interface to the Spacecraft. The diagnostic telemetry shall include the reception and execution status of all commands issued by the Spacecraft to the ISIS.
