FSW Requirement 5.3.13.2.2 (prev, next)

Req. 5.3.13.2.2: "ACD Pedestal Data"

Upon receipt of the appropriate command, FSW shall provide pedestal data (in the form of histograms, with only a few channels around the peak) for each of the 194 phototubes, by switching to No Zero Suppress.
