ScienceTools: (Jim) Has checked in updates for Pass8 analysis and a couple bug fixes in Likelihood. Another new tag will be coming later today.

Pass8: (Leon) Work on analysis is in progress, comparisons between Pass7 and Pass8. No red flags so far.
Core talk:
- Externals (Heather) has been advised what the new versions of ape and cfitsio should be. She has the source; building is expected to be routine.
- Mountain Lion and Installer (Heather) No progress made on testing command line installer since the externals showed up on u35. Eric might now have time for it, or she might try it herself.
