Description

The 1553 Receive Service is a service-level task/driver. It receives spacecraft telecommand packets via the 1553 communications bus. It then dispatches the packets, according to their APIDs, to the appropriate master tasks.

The Spacecraft sends Telecommand packets to the Receive Service. The Receive Service dispatches these to various Master tasks.
