Test 6b: "Test Cmds to Set Transmission Rates on the SciDataIF"
This test shall demonstrate that the ISIS generates different rates of transmission across the Science Data Interface; the solicited event rate will be variable from 1/30 Hz to 10 kHz as specified by command. The actual amount of data will correlate with the event rate and length of packet selected.
