Description
This task services requests to forward packets via the LCB. LAT internal-message protocol packets are forwarded to tasks on other CPUs. CCSDS packets, preceded by a framing word, are forwarded to the Solid State Recorder on the spacecraft.
All CPUs are able to use the (asynchronous) "event" path. In practice, only the SIU talks to the LAT instrument, using the (synchronous) command-response path.
