This is a direct and simplistic port of the I&T written event server to the flight software environment. The simple intent is to make the event server build under flight software code management processes and to produce a working event server for embedded system targets.
No effort has gone into cleaning up the code or maintining support for the "pseudo" event server that can play back a file.
