Parses filename. Parameters: filename  XML file to parse pState  State of the parser. Return values: 0  If the file is successfully parsed -1  If the file cannot be opened -1  If there is an error creating the parser control structure -1  If there is an error reading the file -1  If there is an error parsing the XML
