Function Documentation

unsigned file_close (  int  fd  )

Closes the file. Parameters: fd  File descriptor of the file to close Return values: RIMG_FILE_CLOSE  if the file close failed QCFG_SUCCESS  if all goes well

unsigned file_open (  int *  fd, const char *  name )

Open the file for reading and verify the version information. Parameters: fd  Pointer to location to place the file descriptor name  Full pathname of the file to open Return values: QCFG_SUCCESS  if the file opens for reading RIM_FILE_OPEN  if the file fails to open QCFG_FILE_VERSION  the version information at the head of the file is inconsisten with the current LATC version
