The limiting energy for doing the layer ratio test, typically 300MeV,

The lower energy limit for doing the layer ratio test

The hi energy pass value

int _GammaCfgCal::eveto

The lo energy veto value

int _GammaCfgCal::layer0RatioHi

The low end layer ratio cut, typically 90%, this is expressed in units of 1024, so 900 ~= 90%

int _GammaCfgCal::layer0RatioLo

The low end layer ratio cut, typically 1%, this is expressed in units of 1024, so 10 ~= 1%
