Data Structures

Here are the data structures with brief descriptions:

_LCI_configuration	Holds the cycle configuration data along with a pointer to the file holding the configurations for all the cycles of this calibration
LCI_acdInput	The configurable ACD parameters stored in a binary file
LCI_acdValues	The ACD register values to be used for the next calibration cycle
LCI_calInput	The configurable calorimeter parameters stored in a binary file
LCI_calValues	The CAL register values to be used for the next calibration cycle
LCI_cnfInput	The configuration parameters stored in binary file
LCI_cnfItem	Specification for an iterating LCI configuration value
