This page lists corrections to the first four printings of our book; all of the errors listed here should be corrected in the fifth and subsequent printings. For a list of more recently reported errors (not yet corrected in any printing), click here.
This version of the list is grouped by the type (and level of importance) of the errors. The same list is also available in two other formats, sequentially by page number and grouped according to the dates when the corrections were reported.
v^{-s}(ptilde) = - gamma^1 gamma^3 (v^s(p))^* ;
in this relation, v^(-s) contains xi^{-(-s)} = - xi^s.
Using the notation of Eq. (3.137), we define the time reversal transformation of fermion annihilation operators as follows:
Ta^s_p T = a^{-s}_{-p} , Tb^s_p T = +b^{-s}_{-p} .
An additional overall phase ..." The second sentence below eq. (3.139) should be modified to "Just as for parity, we can derive a simple transformation law for the fermion field psi(x).
