o Use animateMode.py and ncdfReader.py. Works on Mac; Linux can't find sicpy. 
  pvpython animateMode.py

o Set the correct paths and create appropriate directories.

o Set camera parameters in animateMode.py by reading them from ParaView "Adjust camera".

o Change colormap in animateMode.py by trial and error. May need different numbers for different modes.

o Create a directory named "animation"

o Run "pvpython animateMode.py"
  - pvpython is located as, for example
    "/Applications/ParaView-5.11.0.app/Contents/bin/pvpython"

o The mechanical mode animations are stored as gif files in "animation" directory.
