Memory Dump Data Packets

Each Memory Dump Data telemetry packet contains up to TBD bytes of actual memory-region data. The memory region data is extracted sequentially from the source and inserted into consecutive telemetry packets. The example below shows the construction of a memory dump transfer of N packets. The 'SF' marker shows the value of the CCSDS packet header sequence flags. The 'SC' marker shows the value of the CCSDS packet header sequence counter. The sequence count in the first packet of the dump is designated 'S'. The sequence count will increment predictably from the value presented in the first packet.
