Diagnostic Pattern Select
Code	Description
0	Pattern is all 0's.
1	Pattern is all 1's.
2	Pattern is an incrementing value, starting at 0.
3	Pattern is a decrementing value, starting at (2^(N*8))-1. N is the length, in bytes, of the pattern.
4	Pattern is a walking 0.
5	Pattern is a walking 1.
6	Pattern is contained in the telecommand pattern field.
