Boot Housekeeping Telemetry Software Mode Values
Value	Description
0	The CPU has powered up and is initializing, but is not yet ready to accept commands.
1	The boot code is functional and is in a timeout countdown for autoboot.
2	The boot code received a Boot Start command packet during the autoboot countdown and is now in interactive mode. All operations are now by command.
3	The boot code has received a File Upload Start command and is waiting for the upload packets for the file to arrive. The SIU boot code will remain in this mode until the file upload is complete or has been canceled.
4	The boot code has received a File Upload Commit command and is writing the file upload data into EEPROM memory storage.
5	The boot code has received a Boot Memory Dump Start command and is dumping a memory region in the telemetry packets.
6	The boot code is either autobooting the RTOS or received an explicit command to boot the RTOS.
