\item[SYNOPSIS]This file merely includes both the structure definitions, \hyperlink{Q__pubdefs_8h}{Q\_\-pubdefs.h}, and the function prototypes, \hyperlink{Q__protos_8h}{Q\_\-protos.h}, for the Q routines.
