\item[SYNOPSIS]This file merely includes both the structure definitions, \hyperlink{Q__pubdefs_8h}{Q\_\-pubdefs.h}, and the function prototypes, \hyperlink{Q__protos_8h}{Q\_\-protos.h}, for the Q routines. Many times all that is necessary are the function prototypes. When this is true, the astute user will only include \hyperlink{Q__protos_8h}{Q\_\-protos.h} \end{Desc}
