\item[SYNOPSIS]This file merely includes both the structure definitions, \hyperlink{QI__pubdefs_8h}{QI\_\-pubdefs.h}, and the function prototypes, \hyperlink{QI__protos_8h}{QI\_\-protos.h}, for the QI routines. Many times all that is necessary are the function prototypes. When this is true, the astute user will only include \hyperlink{QI__protos_8h}{QI\_\-protos.h}\end{Desc}
