\item[SYNOPSIS]This file merely includes both the structure definitions, \hyperlink{PL__pubdefs_8h}{PL\_\-pubdefs.h}, and the function prototypes, \hyperlink{PL__protos_8h}{PL\_\-protos.h}, for the PL routines.
