\item[What's in this File?]The short answer is, everything, It contains all of the definitions and prototypes needed to use the LCBD driver. This is a composite of all the sub-include files. Users are encouraged to use the finer-grain files where appropriate, but for those just wishing to get on with things, this file includes everything. Of course, the cost is exposure to a lot of unnecessary detail.\end{Desc}
