The {\tt BSET} application is a UDP/IP server which handles dynamically tuning the SBS 4400-VF10 Bit Synchronizer. The {\tt BSET} application listens on UDP port \hyperlink{BSET__port_8h_a0}{BSET\_\-RATE\_\-PORT} for bit rate set commands. Each command is simply a single 32-bit word giving the new bit rate.
